Privacy
The short version: this site keeps what you type into its two forms, counts visits, and that is it. Nothing here is sold, rented or handed to advertisers.
Effective November 3, 2026 · shadoemusic.com is run by Raymond Music Group LLC
What the forms collect
Booking and quote requests (the form on the DJ page): your name, email, phone if you add it, the service you are asking about, the event date and venue, and whatever you write in the details. It is used to answer you and, if you book, to run the date.
The List (the email sign-up): your email address, used for one email when a new record lands. Reply to any of them, or write to shadoe@shadoemusic.com, and you are off the list.
Both forms are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and submissions are stored there and in Shadoe's email. Netlify's own privacy policy covers its side.
Visitor counts
Google Analytics counts visits and which pages, players and links get used, with IP addresses anonymized. Google sets cookies to do that, and its privacy policy describes how it handles the data. A content blocker or Google's opt-out add-on stops it.
Players and widgets
Spotify players, the Bandsintown show listing and YouTube videos load from those companies when they appear on a page. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player and do not load at all until you press play. Each service may set its own cookies and collect data under its own policy: Spotify, YouTube, Bandsintown.
Tips
"Tip the DJ" opens a checkout run by Square. Square handles the payment under its privacy notice; this site never sees your card details.
What this site does not do
No ads. No accounts or passwords. No selling or renting of your information, and no tracking across other websites beyond what the players above do on their own.
Keeping, seeing and deleting
Form submissions are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you or keep the list current. To see, correct or delete anything you have sent, or to come off The List, email shadoe@shadoemusic.com. Requests are honored wherever you live, including the rights given by California and European law.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
